Live account does not appear in trade performance. Sim account looks correct

    Live account does not appear in trade performance. Sim account looks correct

    Hello. My live account does not appear when in the trade performance. I have Ninja installed on two different computers and it does not appear on any of them. I have multi provider selected. Before it worked correctly. I have the latest version of Ninja.

    We’d be happy to assist you further with this, please use the following instructions to include your log and trace files to send to platformsupport@ninjatrader[dot]com.
    Feel free to include the link to this forum post in your email.
    • Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Please attach your files to that email.​
