    Futures list not complete

    Hi people,

    I'm trying to find the currency futures in ninjatrader but it looks like I only have 6E (EURUSD) & 6B (GBPUSD) available. No 6A (AUDUSD), 6C (CADUSD), 6J (USDJPY) etc. I'm using Rithmic and I'm supposed to be able to trade these but can't even find them in the futures list.

    Need some help with this.

    Thank you very much for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

    Depending on your real-time data subscription, you would be able to chart the 6A, 6B, 6C, 6E, 6J, 6L, 6M, 6N, and 6S through the NinjaTrader brokerage.

    If you don't receive data for one of the instruments, please ensure you are enabled for this instrument:

    How Do I Subscribe to Market Data?

    If you still don't receive data, please contact us through the platform directly and we can best assist you further.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

    Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief note of which instruments you don't receive data for in the message.

      Thanks for your answer. However, I forgot to mention that I have a ninjatrader lifetime licence key through Apex Funding (prop firm) and I should be able to trade these currency futures based on what Apex offer so I don't believe I need to subscribe anything (pay for market data). Also, as I mentionned, 6E and 6B are ok. Meaning, I'm able to find them in the list of instruments and run the charts for these 2.
      As for the others, I don't even see them in the instruments list which is my problem.
      As an Apex client, is there something specific that I need to do that I'm not aware of?

        Thank you very much for your post.

        Please reach out to Apex directly in this regard. I suspect the instruments they offer for trading might differ from our own.

        It is also possible that some instruments are, by default, disabled and require an additional enablement. Apex should be able to provide further information in this regard.
