Chart Data Not Loading

Hello,
Right now I am using the free demo connection and I am having a problem loading the chart. When I first open NinjaTrader it gives me a AUDUSD chart that works perfectly. When I try to create my own Chart, S&P E-Mini 2000 tick chart, The chart data doesn't load and the chart is just black. I'm not sure what else to do.

Please double-check that you are loading the ES 12-23 contract (and not an expired contract like 09-23, etc.)

If you have confirmed the correct expiry is selected, please e-mail us at support [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com for further assistance. It is possible your demo is not active or expired, but our Brokerage Support team will be able to confirm via e-mail with your account details.
