Dont know why i am not seeing tick data

Hoping someone can explain to me why I am not seeing the data on the 1 minute tick in my second panel.

Currently Rithmic does not provide data for Index instruments within NinjaTrader. If you are looking for a data provider for real time and historical Index data I recommend using Kinetick: (Our Preferred Data Feed Service Built Specifically for NinjaTrader) which provides historical Tick, Minute and Daily data.
