Trading Hours - is there a list?

In Data Series there is a drop down menu of many choices.
Example:
NYMEX Metals RTH 1
NYMEX Metals RTH 2
NYMEX Metals RTH 3
NYMEX Metals RTH 4
NYMEX Metals RTH 5
NYMEX Metals RTH 6
Etc.

Is there info on what these hours are and which contracts they represent?
