User Portal - Data streams and Account information - not recognizing data stream

I am a NT8 user, with two license keys. One lifetime and one from a trading group. How can I have both of these active and toggle between the two? I tried to import both licenses but only my lifetime is showing up on the user portal. My data stream is with Rithmic, but this doesn't show up in the user portal. So it is causing me some problems in setting up a demo account.

Additionally, the user portal does not show the correct account data linked to the trading group. How can I resolve these issues?

Rithmic-based accounts do not appear in the NinjaTrader Dashboard, this would only apply to Tradovate-based Evaluation accounts.

Rithmic-based accounts would only be able to connect using NinjaTrader Desktop. If you have two license keys, please first ensure both have been migrated following these steps:

If you encounter any issues importing a license key, please contact us at support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com with the NinjaTrader Dashboard account you are logged into and the license key you would like to add.
