    AIEnhancedChartTrader error

    Hi;
    I got the follow error:Unhandled exception: Could not load file or assembly AIEnhancedChartTrader, Version=22.2.1.1, Culture=neutral, PublickKeyToken=null or one of its dependences. The system cannot find the file specified.

    I try to add one strategy to a chart and enabled.
    The strategy add custom buttons to Chart Trader.
    In other Pc s works fine. In one of them gives that error.
    NT version 8.0.28.0 64 bit.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

      The Log Tab shows as follow:

      NinjaScript - Indicator 'EMA': Error on calling 'SetState' method: Could not load file or assembly 'AIEnhancedChartTrader, Version=22.2.1.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

      And same thing for others like:
      CandlestickPattern
      CurrentDayOHL
      PriceLine
      ZigZag

        Thank you very much for your reply.

        This error would indicate that NInjaTrader's files were either overwritten or otherwise affected.

        If you would like us to take a closer look, please follow the steps above to send us your log & trace files and we can best assist you further.

        The fastest way to resolve this would be to perform a clean reinstallation. This ensures that any affected files have been removed.

        Please follow the steps listed below to completely uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader:
        • Close all running applications
        • Navigate to your Documents folder and right-click on the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder > Rename > rename the folder to 'NinjaTrader 8 OLD'. DO NOT delete this folder
        • Uninstall NinjaTrader from within Windows Control Panel
        • Navigate to C:\ > Program File and delete the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder if it exists
        • Reboot your PC
        • Once these steps are completed, download and install NT8
        • You may find the current version in your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard
          • If you do not yet have an account, please create one
        • After logging in, Click "Download" in the bottom left-hand corner of the sidebar
        • Next select "Download" in the "Most Recent Release" Window on the main screen
        Please let me know, should these errors still occur after the reinstallation!
