Problem creating new connection

Hi there, I'm attempting to create a new connection. Under Settings -> System, the drop-down menu is greyed out, not active. I can not configure.

What to do? Thanks,

This system would be based on the license key associated with your account. If you are using NinjaTrader 8.0, please ensure the correct license key has been entered under Help > License Key.

If this occurs on NinjaTrader 8.1, please contact us through the platform directly, we can then take a closer look at the associated account.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
