Accidentally Moved NT8 Folder In My Documents - Help

So I made the grave mistake of syncing My Documents with OneDrive which moved everything from My Documents into another folder and messed things up with my NT8 desktop application. I tried copying the folder back to the original My Documents folder but when reopening NT8, I was greeted with numerous errors and it looked like the application had just been freshly installed, the theme was different.

Can I fix this without having to reinstall NT8 entirely on my PC?

The folder named 'NinjaTrader 8' that is within the Documents folder is the folder that the NinjaTrader Desktop platform uses. This folder contains all your settings and data.

Can you please exit the NinjaTrader Desktop platform first. Then remove the newly created 'NinjaTrader 8' folder within the Documents folder. Then move the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder that contains your settings and data into the Documents folder. Make sure it is named 'NinjaTrader 8'. Subsequently start NinjaTrader and check if you have your settings and data.

If the issue remains, please send me an email from within NinjaTrader Desktop as per the instructions below, so I can investigate.

• Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
• Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
• Enter "Att Jason, 04091532" in the "Subject" field
• Enter any text under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry'.
• Make sure "Log and trace files" is enabled
• Click Send
