    Gap on all Forex pairs using FXCM data feed

    Hello,

    How can I set NT8 to correctly display the bars on 60m ? I have a strange gaps on all pairs. Also this gap is present on all timeframes until 480m. 480m and aditional higher timeframes doesnt have this gap.

    I closed and reopened platform, deleted cache, created another FXCM demo account, reloaded all historical data, the issue persist.

    Any advice please?

    Hello,
    Thank you for your post.

    Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

        Nope. I send the logs today, waiting for a solution. Already deleted the folders in db folder and restarted the platform but issue persist.

          It's the problem with historical data again.... I have the same problem with NAS100... and all forex.... it's so annoying and I honestly can't understand why NT can't fix the problem.... it keeps popping up and they only solve it for a few days and not for good.

            Try to get data feed from FOREX.COM , it work! It seem there is a issue with FXCM data feed!

              I just created a demo account on FOREX.COM and the data feed there is ok, no issue.
              It seem it's FXCM's problem and not a platform one.

              Now, after I connect first to Forex.Com data feed and disconnect to rely only on FXCM data feed, everything is ok. It seem the problem appear only if I connect first on FXCM data feed.
