Unhandled exception errors

Getting major messages out of no where this morning after restarting NT.

Thank you for the message.

Looking at the error message, we can see, "Trying to add realtime strategy with no account"

• It appears that there is a NinjaScript Strategy trying to load in without an account selected and it is giving this error message.
• If your Log tab doesn't directly state which Strategy is causing this error to happen, then you must go through them 1-by-1 to narrow in on which one is causing this to happen.

Please try creating a new/basic workspace and testing if the error continues.

• Go to the Control Center > Workspaces > Click new > Give it a name like "Test" > Click OK
• Go back to the Workspaces Menu > Hover the mouse over the "Test" workspace > Click save > Now, restart NinjaTrader

After restarting the platform, it should open to the Empty Test Workspace. Add a Test Chart to this workspace and test if the unwanted error continues:

• Go to the Control Center > New > Chart
• Select the ES 12-23
• Make it a 1-minute chart
• Set the 'Days to load' to 5
• Make sure 'Template' in the top-right corner is set to < None >
• Set the Time frame > Trading hours > To "Default 24x7"
• Click OK to make the chart

Now, save the workspace and restart NinjaTrader again. Did the error message appear?

• From here, add your strategies back in 1-by-1 and test. Then, save the workspace and restart NinjaTrader to make sure the error hasn't come back
• If it returns, you will know it is coming from the last thing you added back in and can now reach out to the developer for more specific information and suggestions.
