    Lack of data

    Hello,

    There are a lot of times that I enter into Ninjatrader and I need to manage some lack of data.

    There are the images:

    The image below is the FXCM EURUSD data on Ninjatrader, the last data is 18h NY TIME, and then only 3h NY time of the next day

    The image below is the FXCM EURUSD data on Tradingview, where I got all the data of 18h to 03h of the next day.

    And it repeats to every currency pair
    Can you help me?​

    I already tried to download symbol data, but, if I need to do everyday with every symbol its impossible.

    The problems its with Ninjatrader, I tried it with 2 different market data providers, cTrader and FXCM.

    Same here today. Getting to be a rather big problem. I posted about it in another thread a few minutes, so it's not just you.

      The same here. I don't understand why NT8 doesn't care. I paid many € for NT8 and I don't get any support. Currently it makes more sense to use TradingView instead of NT. NT is just not reliable.

          The problem is with ninjatrader historical data services/ninjatrader - Regardless of how the issue originally occurred.

                  Firstly, I appreciate you are on the sharp end of support and not personally responsible for performing the task, or even delegating/deciding if it is done at all, but this is basically the response we got back in June/July, and those are not done yet either!

                  Realistically, can this be resolved, now and in the future? Again, I know you may find this hard to answer due to policies etc., but perhaps this could be pushed up the chain for a response because frankly, it's getting a bit silly now. One of us has to do something. Ninjatrader fixes it, or I have to look elsewhere for reliable data (outside of ninjatrader).

                    Hello,

                    The data should now be backfilled on our servers. If you are still seeing these gaps, please try right clicking your chart and selecting 'reload historical data'.
