Difficulty creating New Workspace

Hi, I am trying to create a new workspace. I follow the usual process, >Workspaces>New, then name the workspace. The workspace appears in the list of workspaces and the icon next to the newly named workspace is green, but no new workspace window opens. I've tried shutting down and going again, but cannot get NT8 to create me a new workspace. Any tips? thanks

Thank you very much for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

When a new workspace is created, this is created empty without any windows. Once created, you may then add windows by clicking on the "New" button.

Alternatively, you can also open a default workspace and save this as a new workspace, this would allow you to start with a basic setup.

To do this, please open a default workspace, then click on Workspaces > Default Workspaces, hover over the active workspace, and select "Save as..."

Thanks for that. I had been using the second method for so long, i had forgotten how i originally set up the workspaces!!
