    Unsubscribe from Daily Confirmation Statement mail

    Hi everyone,

    Does anyone know how to unsubscribe from the Daily Confirmation Statement mail? Its cluttering up my mailbox and I can't find a setting in the NinjaTrader Dashboard to stop receiving these mails.

    Who is your broker?

    This is surely a function of your broker, not the NinjaTrader platform.

    Contact your broker and ask about their email settings and how you
    can reduce the frequency of the emails.

    The forum does not answer brokerage related questions, it is strictly
    for software support of the NinjaTrader platform. This separation
    between platform support vs brokerage support is intentional.

    -=o=-

    Or, better, setup filters for your inbox so that these mails automatically
    get placed into a broker specific folder upon arrival. Problem solved.

      Hi David,

      I only use NinjaTrader and don't use any external brokers/platforms/etc. Thats why I was wondering if the NinjaTrader Dashboard has an option to disable it. All the Daily Confirmation Statement mails are from [email protected].

        Thank you for posting.

        Currently there is not an option to disable the daily confirmation emails for NinjaTrader Brokerage clients as this email contain important account information.

        Let me know if I may be of further assistance.

          Thank you for the answer. Sadly I have zero use for these daily statements, because I don't need them to file taxes in my country. Also they mess up my workflow by burying my work related mail. Can I safely redirect them to spam or will that also automatically remove other NinjaTrader mails that could be important to me?

            Who knows? No one on these forums has a clue whom
            you use for your email service provider.

            But seriously ... think about it ...

            Truly, the best way to solve your dilemma is to seek
            help from your email provider and setup very specific
            filtering rules that take action, such as delete or move
            to different folder, that is, design your filter rules to
            ignore other incoming emails from NinjaTrader.com.

            If you can make sure your filtering rules only process
            the precise Daily Statement emails, then you're done.

            What?
            Your email provider provider doesn't have filtering rules?
            Well, get a different email provider, and use them just
            for your NinjaTrader.com emails ...

              Thanks for your advice, but I'm not savvy with computers, so I was just planning to filter all [email protected]​ mails and redirect them to spam. Hoping Ninjatrader has separate channels for their mailings, so I don't miss out on the important mails.

                Well, my friend, time to get savvy,



                Seriously, figure this out. If there was ever a time
                to do something right, this is one of those times.

                Most every email service has a Help function, the
                term 'filtering' is very consistent and a generic term,
                so you should be able to find it.

                You can read, right? Duh, of course.
                The answers will be there, you just gotta look for them.

                You can do this. It's not that hard. Hang in there.

                I mean, you're using this forum software pretty well
                replying and bolding your text ... you're a master!

                And, remember, Google is your friend.

                  1. Don't filter by the return address.
                  2. Filter by text found in the subject line.

                    Hi bltdavid,

                    Thank you for the advice. I just had contact with the NinjaTrader customer service and they told me its due to red tape that the Statement mail can't be unsubscribed from (they have to send it everytime a Statement is finalized). Guess I don't have any other choice than to put your advice into practice. Wish me luck!
