NinjaTrader.sqlite why it is not in Backup?

    NinjaTrader.sqlite why it is not in Backup?

    Hello!

    I think some month ago I see something about my problem.

    Time to time some of my strategies disappear from the Ninjatrader. Why? I do not know!

    I do a restore, but the problem it not solved.
    But, I remember some months ago that the problem is about the file "NinjaTrader.sqlite".

    Well In last month I copy the file to other place ... and in last week again my strategies disappear when start the Ninjatrader.
    So the backup does not solve my problem. I check the files in "backup" and the file it is not there.

    So, my doubts is: why this important file not appear in backup?
    Of course my problem disappear copy and past the file manually. It is not good!.

    Thank you for your post.

    We would recommend checking the backup settings that you have the option for the Database checked.

    This will ensure that your database file is included in your backup.​

      I have all checked.... how you can see below and not work.
      Is it only me?
      Someone could check the backup and see if the file is there?

        Thank you for your post.

        ​You may check by attempting to import the backup file.

        Any files not contained within the backup file will be greyed out as shown in the example below:To import you may go to the Control Center > Tools > Import > Backup file.

          Hey, it's not just you, it's happening to everyone. Here's my previous thread about it (you actually commented in this thread back in March): https://forum.ninjatrader.com/forum/...40#post1237740

          In that thread, Emily from support says "this behavior has been reported to the development team for further investigation", but I suppose it's not important for them, or it's intentional for whatever reason.
