Error when logging in

When I want to log in via the Clinet I get the following error message:



The login via the website is acknowledged with the error message "404 Not Foung"
I try the login via a V-Server located in Germany.
Until yesterday, the registration still worked.

The registration via the local account works.

Thank you for your post.

Please restart your PC, then enable VPN for USA and try logging in again.

If you are getting the same error message, please follow the steps below to email us your log and trace files. Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 04084559

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Plus in that email let us know the username you are using to login and what country you are trying to login from.
