two charts with the same instrument but with different prices

by opening two charts of the same instrument I notice that the current price level is different from one chart to another (da 1 a 6 tick of difference ) (I notice all this by taking the screenshot) why ?
How can I have two charts of the same instrument with identical prices at any time?

Hello Daniele V,

Can you please right click in the charts and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Check if you load the same data.

If you still have different data, please send me an email as per the instructions below.

• Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
• Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
• Enter "Att Jason, 04083584" in the "Subject" field
• Enter any text under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry'.
• Make sure "Log and trace files" is enabled
• Click Send
