Sim Accounts Missing

Hi there,

I had to reinstall NT8 (v.81.1.7). Now all of my sim accounts are missing. Also when I right-click on the accounts tab it doesn't give me the option to create/edit Sim Accounts. On the chart trader, the dropdown is blank by default and the only account there now is my live account.

How do I get the Sim accounts back with the ability to edit/create new ones?

Thank you for your inquiry.

In the newest build of NinjaTrader Desktop, you will first need to enable 'Multi Provider mode' to return the platform to a state where you can create local simulation account. To enable Multi Provider, you may use the guide at the link below;

To connect while in Multi Provider mode, you will need to create and connect to your connection using the guide at the link below;
