My FXCM demo: Login failed. (Panic)

Hi Team,
I'm having a lifetime licanese (broker IB). I would like to use the FXCM demo's data.
I understand I can't use this under my single broker license, however, can I change the license to a free NT license, so that I can play with the FXCM data?
I don't see where I can change the license key, it's not an option under help.



Or, how else can I fix this?

Could you send me your log & trace files? I would like to take a closer look at why this error occurs.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred FXCM" note in the message.
