    Daily/Weekly Bars Not Loading (IBKR TWS API)

    Hi,

    I have been having an issue with higher timeframe bars not loading in NT8.

    In June I was prompted to update both NT and TWS to the latest versions and I suspect this caused the problem. I have since reinstalled TWS to the version recommended in the NT connection guide but the problem has persisted and I am now only seeing NQ daily/weekly bars up to 8th September and ES up to 9th June. The daily bars load fine in TWS itself.

    TWS Version: 10.23.2a
    NT Version: 8.1.1.6

    Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Hello BWoody,

    Unfortunately this is a known issue in NinjaTrader Desktop with an Interactive Brokers connection. Foreign clients (non US) are unable to load Daily data. If there is a Daily chart in your workspace in NinjaTrader Desktop (or you request historical daily data in a different way), it does not finish loading your charts. Development is aware of the issue and they are looking to fix it for the next release.
