issues with position size opening

see this message i got in log /control center.

Please know this. I have enough cash in account to open 200 MES positions with overnight margin holding.

how to avoid this error again?

I checked ninjatrader risk account and also other settings. I don't see anywhere restriction with this where I have kept 100 as maximum position size limit.

then why is this happening?
