Trade markers not showing up when trading against live TDA account

When trading against any sim account (TDA sim, Sim 101, Playback, etc.), I get little magenta and blue arrows for entry and exit. NT8 also draws lines to show me where my limit orders and stop orders are, along with a line at my entry point with a little box that shows the number of shares and the current gain/loss. All of these little indicators (is this the correct term?) are obviously super useful.

But they don't show up at all when I trade against my TDA live account, even though all my settings are the same, as far as I can tell.

Why is this? Can I fix it?

Thank you very much for your post.

If these markers are set up to appear on one account, they should also appear on any other account on the same chart.

Is it possible the live account was not selected in the "Account" dropdown menu? Only the orders for the currently selected instrument and account would appear.

Which Account dropdown menu are you referring to? I have an accounts tab, but I don't see a dropdown.



This is what I see in my control window. On my Charts, I see a place for selecting tickers, but not an account.

I was referring to the dropdown menu that is part of your ChartTrader. This would also select which account's orders are being displayed:
