Removing Unwanted Files

Good morning we have been speaking to a Cust. Service Rep. on another thread and it has gone silent. I am trying to get assistance in removing unwanted file. My friend has been trying to assist me and she has hit a road block as well. I sent a couple of emails to Support as requested and have not heard back. I have attached the original message and have the ZIP files to send over. Please help.

We have reached out on the other thread a couple of times but never received an email from the user on that thread regarding that case. There is a response for that specific case to try and receive the files differently or continue troubleshooting through the forums only if possible. For your emails, did you send them directly to our support team from your email, or did you email us through your platform? Were you experiencing the same errors as what appeared after compiling on that other forum post?
