Repetitive Task Automation

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Ninja Trader and am currently trading paper. I'm trying to automate a repetitive task. When I trade futures, I always take one percent (roughly ofc) from my account balance to buy/sell futures. Is it possible to configure Ninja trader to automatically select one percent worth of contracts when I place a buy/sell order?
I don't have a technical background, so can you please explain it to me like i'm a boomer?

I've been automating everything using AutoHotKey Version 1 via Pulover's Macro Creator. The stand alone version is less buggy than the installed version. The image search, OCR, mouse controls, and keyboard inputs are the most useful when automating things in NinjaTrader.

I'm sure you can do this using AHK.

Unfortunately there is no function in the NinjaTrader Desktop platform that will configure order quantity that way.

Too technical for me, too. I'm not a programmer. That's why I use Pulover's Macro Creator. It's a graphical interface or editor. It "writes" the ahk code for you. You still need a little technical know how but it makes doing things WAY easier.
