Delayed data

I downloaded windows on my Mac and tried Ninja trader desktop. First of all it says, Data delayed 15 min. I am paying $12 for CME, Then why is it showing delayed data
2. I have bookmap +rithmic subscription. Is there a way to connect Bookmap + rhythmic to ninja trader? Easy way please? I am not too technical

Thank you for your inquiry.

1. It may be that you have instruments open in your workspace that are not a part of your CME subscription. Should you be able to look on the 'Log' tab of the Control Center and the delayed instruments will be listed by name. If you'd like to cease receiving those messages, you can remove the specific instruments from your workspace and then save it without those instruments present.

2. Unfortunately, NinjaTrader cannot provide the generic Rithmic adapter that would be required to use your Rithmic subscription from Bookmap. While there is a version of the Rithmic adapter available, it can only be used with specific Evaluation service providers.

Thank you for your response.

No but, as I had mentioned, it is only available to be used certain Evaluation services. Since Bookmap's Rithmic data feed would require the generic Rithmic API, it would not be possible to connect into NinjaTrader.
