Stop Loss / Attached to an indicator / No Internet Conection

Hi!

I have the following 2 questions regarding the stop loss in diferent situations:

1) When I set a stop loss (not using the atm order), but by clicking on the chart and selecting the stop loss and also the take profit by using the OCO order. Are they still working even if I'm not connected to the ninjatrader platform or even If I get kick out of it due to bad connection?

2) If I attached my stop loss to an indicator and then I shut down my computer, The indicator and the stop loss keep working or they get freeze at the last price when connected? (Always speaking of orders not using ATM)

Hello,

1) Both orders would be working/accepted regardless of connection, however their OCO functionality will depend on what broker you are connected to: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...rs_reside_.htm

2) For the order to update with the indicator the platform would need to be on and connected to maintain this functionality. If connection is lost the order would stay stagnant at it's last placed price.
