NinjaTrader Version 8.1.1.7 fails to run

NinjaTrader Version 8.1.1.7 doesn't open.

The desktop where I am trying to run NT provides two application event errors:

A Kernelbase error would indicate an issue with Windows' .NET Framework. E.g. if its installation has become corrupted.

This can usually be resolved by reinstalling the .NET Framework through Windows "Apps & Features" or by following the instructions you may find on Windows' publicly available website:
