Unhandled Exception locks app up when adding an indicator to a chart

When I create a new chart, and set the trading hours to "CBOE US Index Futures RTH", it creates the chart. But when I try to add an indicator to it, the app freezes and I have to shut it down. At this moment it seems to work if I use Instrument trading hours, but not if I use RTH.

I say "seems to", because this behavior is sporadic and inconsistent. Usually I can fix it by closing all NT windows, recompiling, saving my workspace with no windows except for the Control Center and reboot the computer, then recreate my workspace Then it's OK for a few weeks or months, then the error reappears.

But this time, nothing that I've tried has fixed it.

I've removed all code that I've written (and recompiled), so it can't be one of my scripts that's causing the unhandled exception when trying to add an indicator.

Do you have any suggestions for what I should try next, and any idea how to prevent this from happening again?

• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.

• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
