Download NT8 Help Guide to local PC

Greetings,
This weekend I was doing research and accessing the NT website and NT8 Help Guide ofen.
Now I am getting a CloudFlare checking my connection every time I try to access the site and some times even though it says it is secure it fails to connect.
I would like to download the NT8 Help Guide on my local PC to avoid this issue.
Is there a link to download the file?

If not, is there a way to avoid the Checking if ths site connection is secure
