NT8 continuously disconnects from Rhythmic

I am having a severe issue with my NT8 disconnecting from Rithmic. It started this morning about 9:00 AM PDT, and has been going on continuously since then. I can connect but within less than 30 secs, the platform spontaneously disconnects. I have restarted both the platform and the computer multiple times. I even downloaded the latest version of the platform and installed it and it still keeps happening.
Is there an issue with Rithmic/NT8 at the moment?

Thank you for your post.

The connection state between Rithmic and NinjaTrader is not controlled by NinjaTrader.

The NinjaTrader application only reports the connection state as it is reported by Rithmic.

NinjaTrader behaves like a radio receiver in that it receives signals from the connected server. If the signals are not coming through, Rithmic reports this to the
NinjaTrader application which in turn reports this back to you.

Currently, there appears to be connection issues with Rithmic and I would recommend reaching out to your Evaluation Account provider to check for any wide spread issues.

I am a little confused. You indicated that in the absence of a data signal from Rithmic, NT reports that to me. Does it also automatically disconnect? If not, why am I getting constant disconnects from Rithmic? Does Rithmic disconnect me or does NT disconnect me when the signal is absent for some period of time?

On 9/15 there appeared to be connection issues with Rithmic and I would recommend reaching out to your Evaluation Account provider to check for any wide spread issues.

However these should be resolved now.
