Error when adding an equity to a user defined Instrument list

Hi,
I'm using a Kinetick equities feed with version 8.028.0 64-bit Ninjatrader. When I add an equity called PRN to a user defined Instrument List I get an error which seems to indicate that it is clashing internally with something in Ninjatrader.
Can someone please look at this?

Thank you very much for your post.

As the PRN is not by default in the instrument list, it's possible the added instrument might have caused this issue.

Could you click on Tools > Instruments, search for PRN, and ensure it only exists once and that its values are correct?

If you are uncertain, please don't hesitate to post a screenshot of your current settings.

If I manually try to add it in as an instrument, I get an error "The 'Master Instrument' field can only contain letters, digits and underscores' (I only have the letters PRN in the Master Instrument field).

With these settings, you should indeed not encounter any issues.

Could you send me your log & trace files? I'd like to take a closer look at any reported errors or issues.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
