Get Market Replay won't download prior to July 2023?

Hello,

I had downloaded Market Replay data for MES 09-23 as far back as Jan 2023. Now it won't go earlier than July 2023.

Using MES 12-23 it does the same.

How can I get earlier data?

Thank you for posting.

To verify what replay data you have available for each expiry right click in the Playback Controller and select "Show Available Data". Keep in mind when replaying or downloading data you must have the correct instrument/expiry selected for the instrument that was being traded at that time. Also, if you are attempting to download replay data we currently only store 90 days of replay data on our servers for most common Futures and Forex instruments.
