Market analyzer net change

I installed and reinstalled the platform on my computer 5 times, cleaning the data each time.
However, every time when I insert the "net variation" column in my market analyzer, the correct decimal values in percentage do not appear, only 0%, 1% or 2%, for example, when the price has a variation of 0, 78% it shows 0% and when the price has a variation of 1.38% it shows 1% and when the price has a variation of 2.69% it shows 2%.
Could anyone tell me how I solve this problem?

Could you please submit this request as a support ticket and make sure you include the log and trace in your request?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
