I'm getting the following error and NT crashes when I try to open Strategy Builder. Any suggestions?

Ultimately, to determine what could be the cause of the error and the platform crashing, I would like to review your diagnostic files via email. You can send these files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default. Please include "ATTN Emily C" in the subject line as well as a link to this forum thread in the body of the email.
I appreciate your patience and look forward to investigating this further.
