Upgrade to paid subscription

• Hello, I am currently trading with Topstep using Ninjatrader 8 free charting. I want to get a paid, quarterly subscription and can't seem to find where to do that. Can you direct me to the webpage? My ninjatrader charts are freezing throughout the day more and more, I am hoping this is attributable to the free version and a paid version will correct it. I traded using the ninjatrader subscription before and never had an issue. Thanks, mw355

Thank you for posting.

Subscription plans can be purchased within the Account Dashboard at the link below however the subscription you currently have will not cause charts to freeze.

To ensure you do not have any corrupt data stored please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 8
• Open the db folder
• Delete the cache, day, minute and tick folders
• Restart NinjaTrader

This initial load may take a little longer than normal since all new data is being loaded from the historical data servers.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
