Try looking through the contractors at upwork.com (formerly known as fiverr). You can look at examples of their previous work, explain your needs and get a quote for the work. You might want them to log into your computer and also record a video of how they configured the charts and saved the workspace, so that you can review the video and tweak your own settings after the contract work is done.

I'm a mess lol
Experienced trader but need to just get my indicators set up correctly on this platform. I am frustrated in viewing my PPO's and in weighting period of change in a few oscillators correctly. Would like to add some ATR and Market profile as well. I just need someone who knows the way around the indicators and how I can get my desired layouts

Take one thing at a time. ATR ... add it to your chart. Right click on a chart -> Indicators ... Find it in the list, double click it . Bamm. Then right click on your chart -> Templates -> Save as default.
