I do not experience the same behavior and haven't been able to reproduce. I'd like to review the specifics of your platform and work with you more closely over email. Can you please send an email from the platform by going to Help > Email Support and putting 04036384 ATTN Zachary in the subject line.

In the body of the email, please provide as much of a step by step instruction as is possible so that I can attempt to cause this display problem to occur on my end. Make sure your log and trace files are included as well (they are by default).

Don't worry, i dont have time. I only get this bug once per week and a NT reset cures it.
Its particularly annoying because i have to close down the platform and i loose the depth of market data that i have been collecting for days.

I still experience a DOM bug (yesterday, in fact being latest) I tried to report and gave up on ever getting NT to listen. Waste of time.
