SuperDom only showing 1 level of Depth

My SuperDom only shows one trade depth in the buy and sell columns respectfully. I've looked up tutorials on the window and it appears to instantly show many levels of depth on openning, without changing any preferences. I am charting the ES so there's little chance that there is just low trading. I have included a screenshot of my DOM.

Please ensure you are subscribed to Level 2 data. Level 1 data only includes the bid/ask levels, while Level 2 data contains 10 or more levels, depending on the provider.
