Random Drawlings Showing Up

Hi. So I am having an issue with random (possibly old) drawings showing up.

I have a slower tick chart on the left, and a faster tick chart on the right. What I draw on the left is synced over to the right. I will delete drawings off, save workspace, then when I come back I usually have channels drawn all over the place. It is super weird.

Not sure if this is related but worth mentioning I guess. Alot of times when I load a workspace, none of my drawings show up. The only way I can get them to show back up is if I use a drawing. Rectangle for example. Draw the rectangle, load template for saved rectangle. THEN, all of my drawings will show up.

The bigger issue though is the random channels showing up all over the place

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Yes I'll do that right now. it happens every day maybe about half the time. While waiting to hear back regarding this. I do have another question. I have 3 windows. Top left is slower tick chart. Right side is faster tick chart. Bottom left is Time based chart.

The drawings on the slower tick chart on the left, sync to my faster tick chart on the right.

The time base chart has 3 seperate tabs. 1 day, 120 minute, and 30 minute.

How can I get my drawings from 1 day chart to sync to the 120 minute and 30 minute WITHOUT syncing to my tick charts.

Thank you very much for your reply.

Unfortunately, it would not currently be possible to limit the drawing objects to only appear on some charts. It is only possible to limit them to a single chart (by using the current instrument/expiration) or setting it to "All Charts". It would then appear on all charts that share the same instrument and expiration (e.g. ES 09-23).

I will follow up with you regarding the log files as soon as possible.

Okay got it. Would that possibly be a feature in the future? Sync some drawings to just tick charts and some drawings to just time charts?
