I have been running my strategies on ninjatrader for around a week, but I am getting disconnected many times a day. I am using Ninjatrader as my provider. I have read online that it may be the firewall, but I need help adding ninjatrader as an exception, or maybe that is not the issue, what can I try?

Generally this indicates an issue with the network you are connected to. First we'd recommend restarting your modem/router, and if using a wireless connection we'd recommend using a hardwired connection instead for higher stability. If the issue persists you may want to reach out to your ISP or a network expert to look into your machine's connection to our servers more closely.
