Mobile app doesn't show accounts

Hey all,

I ninjatrader 8 all set up on my desktop and it shows my accounts and everything. But I was trying to set up the mobile app and I login using my same login as the desktop, however it shows no accounts at all?

I am using apex trader accounts, I have 2 of the 50k accounts but cannot see either of them.

Thank you very much for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

Not all Apex accounts are compatible with the mobile and web applications.

If you are using an enabled account, you should be able to use the same username and password on all three platforms, Desktop, Web, and Mobile, to access the same accounts. This, however, requires that they are Tradovate-based, not Rithmic-based accounts.

Please reach out to Apex and ensure your accounts are enabled for this.
