Having an issue here and nobody can help.
NinjaTrader Support told me its a third-party add-on so they can not help.
NinjaRenko support sent me again a the NinjaRenko in case something wrong with mine, still same issue.
- The issue: NinjaRenko Bars appear as Stairs Up with Tick Replay = ON. (see screenshot bellow)
- The issue is not present if I do NOT turn ON the tick replay.
- The issue appeared recently and was not present in the past.
- The issue is not present with any other type of bars even with the Tick Replay ON, which means the Ticks from the database are loaded succesfully.
- Same issue on my Virtual Machine (Windows Server 2019) and the same on my laptop (W10 Pro)
- Time Zone is as bellow, which is the same as the Server or the laptop.
- Changing the Time Zone does not solve the issue
- The issue present in both cases with Firewall turned ON or OFF.
- Antivirus not present on VM. Antivirus turn OFF on laptop does not solve the issue.
- NT8 version 8.1.1.7, tried with 2 previous versions and the same.
- Tried to reinstall NT8 and did not restore any backup - did not help
- The provider is Rithmic Paper Trading but as I said other bars load fine with Tick Replay.
- On clean NT8 installation just downloaded the Historical Data - still the same.
- Did not trade since 30.08.23 today is 05.09.23 (dd.mm.yy)
- Not sure what else to try.
- Issue present on multiple Instruments
- I am lost ...
- PLEASE HELP with any hints.
- Did not find anyone on internet having same issue so not sure why I have it.
