ES 09-23 RTH charts not updating - Globex is fine

My RTH charts aren't updating. Globex is working. Cleared cache already.

trading hours template was wrong.
set that date to 09/04 fixed it

Hello td_910 and dwrety,

Thank you for writing in.

After further investigation, we've found that the CME US Index Futures RTH Trading Hours template has Labor Day incorrectly marked as the 5th instead of the 4th.

Until we are able to update the definition on our servers, you would just need to update when Labor Day was within the Trading Hours Template:

• Go to the Control Center > Tools > Trading Hours
• Scroll down and find the "CME US Index Futures RTH" template and then click on it
• On the bottom right under Holidays, scroll down until you find Labor Day for 09/05/2023
  • Double-click it to open its properties
  • Switch the "Trading Date" to 09/04/2023 > Click OK

Now, right-click on the chart and select "Reload all historical data" and it should load in.

Thank you so much, what a snafu. I thought there's something wrong with my computer. Not sure how you discover that, but thanks. I had to reload all historical data to get it to work after the change.
