Kinetick not load

Hello:
I'm waiting for the update for the new TWS from IB in the meantime I've decided to download via Kinectick connection end of day.
But I only get data until 09/01/23,
Is it related to the IB TWS problem?

Thank you for the message.

The Kinetick - End of Day (Free) connection will only provide Daily data. It will not provide anything smaller like Minute or Tick Data.

When I connect to Kinetick - End of Day (Free) and load in a Daily chart for AAPL, I see data for today, 9/5/23.


Please disconnect from everything and then only connect to the Kinetick - End of Day (Free) connection

• Then, open a Daily chart for something like AAPL
• If today's data isn't loading in, right-click on the chart and select "Reload all historical data"
