    ES 09-23 9/1/23 market data not loading after 1pm ET, no orderflow profile available

    Hi,

    Using NT 8.0.28.0 64-bit, Lifetime, Continuum for market data.

    Market data (historical bars) after 1pm ET this past Friday, 9/1/23 is not loading in the platform, and neither is Order Flow Profile for RTH data after 9:30am ET. I tried restarting NT, and also deleting historical data from db folder in Documents folder; didn't work. I need the orderflow data for VPOC, value areas, etc...

    This happens at least once a quarter, where recent historical data is not loaded after the day is done, and people (myself included) come on the forums to report. Not sure why this is consistently recurring from Continuum market data and/or Ninjatrader.

    Please advise. Also, if anyone else is having this issue, please comment (so I know it's not just me).

    Hello artvandelay123,

    I'm not able to reproduce this when I test it on my end. Do you load historical data as expected if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

    Did you delete the cache folder that is within the db folder? If not, please do so while NinjaTrader is shut down. Start NinjaTrader and check if the chart loads all data once connected.

    If you create a brand new chart without a chart template, do you load all requested data?

    If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader Desktop, so I can investigate.
    • Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
    • Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
    • Enter "Att Jason, 04030192" in the "Subject" field
    • Enter any text under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry'.
    • Make sure "Log and trace files" is enabled
    • Click Send

      I didn't fully clear my cache, and that fixed it. Thanks for the quick response.
