I was reorganizing my files in my computer and moved my NinjaTrader 8 files under another folder. Now the app does not want to open. I first tried the "Repair" method in the Control Panel but I get a message saying:
"The following applications are preventing the installer to continue. Please close them and try again. NinjaTrader" yet when I go to task manager under "Processes" it does not come out as a running app. Also, in the Task Manager under "Details" Ninjatrader appears with the status "Suspended" and when I try to end task from here is gives me a message that reads "The operation could not be completed. Access is Denied"
Since this didn't work I tried the other method of uninstalling and reinstalling. One of the first steps written by a fellow NT 8 member said to rename the old NinjaTrader 8 folder to not get it confused with the new one but of course it is not allowing me to do this because I need to close the app like its telling me.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
