Error when trying to install desktop

I'm sure my problems are a result of me being on an ARM processor. I use a Surface Pro X and I currently have no issues installing and using Tradovate's desktop software. So, I'm wondering if there is even a reason for me to install the NJ Desktop?

That being said, when I try to install the NJ Desktop I get an error: Problem Creating Documents/Ninja Trader 8/bin yet the folder is there but nothing is in it. I deleted it to see if it was an issue with it already existing...Now it won't create it at all and get the same error.

If it's the same as Tradovate desktop, problem solved. That install works without issues.

The Tradovate app only accesses the web-trader directly. This would equal to opening a browser and logging into https://web.ninjatrader.com/trading-mode directly to trade your NinjaTrader account.

The NinjaTrader Desktop application itself has to be installed to function, as it will exclusively run on the local PC. This requires that local files are created.

If your Surface is running Windows 10 or 11, you should still be able to install NinjaTrader Desktop. Please ensure the tablet fulfills all other requirements listed at the following address:
