Can't find Ninjatrader Account Dashboard

    Can't find Ninjatrader Account Dashboard

    Hi,

    I am a long time desktop platform user and created a NinjaTrader user login today but I can't seem to be able to access the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard.

    All I see is the attached:-



    How do I get to the Dashboard?

    Also, all my index instruments can no longer be accessed since upgrading to NT8.1. The "^" has been changed to "$". Manually changing it didn't work.

    Please help.

    Hello Kay Wai,

    Can you please post the screenshot again of what you see when you can't access the Account Dashboard.

    Are you able to log into the Account Dashboard from the link below?



    Do the index instruments in the Indexes instrument list show the "$" symbol instead of the "^" symbol?

    If you manually type "^TICK" in the Instrument field of a chart and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard, does it work?

      Hi Jason,

      1. After I log in, the attached page shows up.
      2. Yes, the index instruments show $ instead of ^
      3. I tried replacing $SP500 by manually typing ^SP500, it says invalid instrument

        Can you please send me an email at "platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com" that includes the username you enter for the Account Dashboard. Include the 'Att Jason 04028321' in the subject field.

        In addition, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in the email, so I may investigate the other issue.
        • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders

          Hi, I have this same problem, when I log-in, the website doesn't show Trader Dashboard, the site looks like the picture in the post #3. I need to see the Trader Dashboard to change the license key.
