any ideas why a indicator would not be in my indicator list after a succesfull download .3rd party teck supoort can not expain.any ideas to resolve would be much appreciated

Thank you for your inquiry and for your post.
My suggestion would be to contact the person that developed the indicator. Perhaps it is in a folder somewhere in the indicator, or perhaps it is active in a different part of the platform. Unfortunately, the only person that could really speak to that would be the developer.
