Missing Data MES SEP 2023 - 09/01/23
I am currently seeing missing data between 8:48AM CT to 9:29AM CT in my ninjatrader desktop application. Please help me resolve the issue. The session is on ETH mode.

Thank you for your inquiry.
We are currently aware that some of our historical data servers are missing data for a certain period of time. We are working to backfill this data at this time. However, this process does sometimes take a while. You may be able to switch to a different server that does have the data by disconnecting and reconnected, then reloading all historical data on the chart. According to our records, the affected servers are 09, 10, and 14. You can see which server you are connected to in the Log tab after connecting successfully.
